Hebrews 10:24-25

And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:24-25

There are few professions that allow a new employee to work without some sort of apprenticeship or training. Doctors, lawyers, plumbers, and carpenters all require a novice to work with an experienced journeyman of some sort so that they might gain insight and wisdom of the job before they go out on their own.

God desires that we, as believers, would help one another to accomplish the calling that He has given to all of us. He wants us to assemble together often, not only to worship and study, but also to minister and encourage one another as well. Using our gifts to minister to one another as good stewards of God's grace, and "considering how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds" (NIV).

Fellowship is a great gift that God has given to us as His people and we would do well to take advantage of the wisdom that He has given to those who have walked with the Lord for more years than we have, and likewise look for others that we might encourage as well.
